Some sections allow you to perform operations on multiple items instead of one by one. To do this, go to Menu → Products and enter the Multiple Selection section.

Category Section
The Category section is a feature used to group products and ingredients.
To create a category, go to Back Office → Menu → Categories and click the +Create button.
Creating a Category
n this section, you enter the name of the category you want to create.
You can assign a color to the category button or add an image.

Ready Item:
This refers to products that are sold as they are, without any changes or preparation. For example, drinks, cigarettes, and chewing gums are considered ready items.
When creating a ready item, you need to enter the product’s name, price, category, and other relevant details.

Dish (Technical Card):

1️⃣ From the Back Office
Go to Back Office → Menu → Menu Structure.
You will see all Categories. Clicking on a category will open the Products column, showing all products in that category.
To move a product or category, hover over the three-line icon (the cursor will change to a hand), click and hold the mouse button, then drag it up or down to the desired position. This method works for both categories and products.

Ingredient - It is the main object in stock accounting and serves as a means to form the composition of semi-finished products and technical cards.
To create an ingredient, go to the Menu → Ingredients section. Here, you can create ingredients using the Create and Bulk Create buttons.

If you have multiple branches and some products in your menu are sold only in certain branches, you can deactivate the product for specific branches.
To do this:
Go to the Menu section and open the Products page.
Find the product in the list, click the three dots next to it, and select Edit.

Editing Ingredients and Applying Deletion Methods in Tech Cards
When creating a tech card, certain adjustments in ingredients must be made to ensure correct stock reduction. Follow these steps:
Go to Back Office → Menu → Products.
Find the tech card you want to edit. Click the three dots next to it and select Edit.
Go to the Ingredients section. First, check the Deletion Method.
Deletion Methods
There are two types of deletion methods:

Go to Menu → Products.
Find the product you want to change, then click on it or click the three dots → Edit.
In the window that opens, change the sales price.
Click Save to apply the change.
2️⃣ From the Terminal
Click the Settings button, then activate the Pencil (Edit) icon.

In the Clopos system, you can import ready products along with their variants in bulk. To do this, create a new Excel file and list the product names, categories, and other details in a table format.
Here’s the step-by-step process for creating the import file:
Create a new Excel file.
Enter column names according to the system’s required format.
Columns should be as follows:
Type – Specify the type of product you are importing: GOODS or MODIFICATION.
