To add a comment to a receipt in the terminal, click on the comment icon located on the left side of the screen and enter your comment.
If the comment you added does not appear on the receipt, go to the Back Office → Settings → Receipts section. Then navigate to the Constructor tab. In the settings, enable the Description option and click the SFew readersReopening Closed Receipts
To reopen closed receipts, go to Archive Receipts in the Terminal. Find the receipt you want to reopen and tap on it once. Then, click the Reopen Receipt button below, confirm, and the receipt will be reopened. The receipt can only be reopened until the end of the day.
