Transfer
If you have several warehouses and want to transfer products from one warehouse to another, you can use the Inventory-Transfers section. To transfer a product, click the +Create button.
In this section, specify from which warehouse to which warehouse the product will be transferred. Depending on your needs, you can change the current date and add a reason note.Some readersCreate a supply
To create a new supply, go to the Inventory → Supplies section in the back panel. Click the Create button located in the upper right corner.

To import a transfer operation in bulk as an Excel file, enter the data into Excel in the format shown in the example below.
ID – Enter the ID code of the product or ingredient you want to transfer.
QUANTITY – Enter the quantity of the product you want to transfer.

There are two types of supplier debt payments:
Partial payment – You pay part of the debt, and the remaining amount will be paid later.
Full payment – You pay the entire debt for the invoice at once.

You can track all transactions related to your products from the Inventory → Movement Reports section.
Name — Product name
Unit — Unit of measure (e.g., pcs, kg)
Cost Price — Cost per unit (per piece or per kilogram)
Initial Quantity — The amount recorded when the ingredient was created

The Supply section is the section used to add purchased products to the inventory. Here, you can view all the supplies you have created.

To group products and add them to the system in bulk when supplying products, the Packaging section is used.
Go to Inventory → Packaging and click the Create button.
In the opened window, enter the information.

Creating a Deletion Reason and Waste Operation
Sometimes, a customer may no longer want a product they ordered, leaving it prepared but unused. In such situations, you can send the product directly to waste from the terminal.

After making a supply, if there is a product you want to return, you need to access the Return of Product section by clicking the 3 dots (...) next to the supply.
When returning a supply, we record which financial account the returned amount will go to, and which products we are returning.

Stock Section: Tracking and Managing Products
The Stock section is an important tool for tracking and managing the condition of products currently in your warehouse. In this section, you can get information about the product's ID code, name, quantity in the warehouse, total value (the overall cost of the product in the warehouse), average value (total value / quantity), type, category, which warehouses it is available in, and the active status of those warehouses.
