Creating a Warehouse
Steps to create a new warehouse:
- Go to the Admin Panel: On the main panel, go to Inventory → Warehouse section.
- Create a Warehouse: On the page that opens, click the Create button in the top right corner.
- Enter Warehouse Information: Fill in the required information to create a new warehouse (for example, warehouse name, status).
- Save: After entering the information, click the Save button.

- Warehouse Status: If the warehouse status is "active," all operations can be carried out in that warehouse. If the warehouse status is "inactive," no changes can be made in that warehouse, including adding products, removing products, and so on.
- Sales Warehouse Status: If the sales warehouse status is "active," products will be automatically removed from the warehouse during a sale. If the sales warehouse is "inactive," even if the warehouse's overall status is "active," the removal operation will not happen in that warehouse during a sale. However, other warehouse operations (such as adding products) can still be carried out.
- Removal Order: If a product exists in several warehouses, the configuration must show which warehouse the product should be removed from first. For example, if a product exists in the "bar," "kitchen," and "main warehouse," and the removal order has not been configured, the system will automatically remove it first from the "bar" warehouse, then from the "kitchen" warehouse, and finally from the "main warehouse."
- Warehouse Configuration: This is used to determine which warehouse the removal operation will be carried out in. If a product exists in several warehouses, the removal will happen from the warehouse that matches the department or terminal. For example, if a lemon product exists in all three warehouses, and the sale happens in the "bar" department, the system will only carry out the removal operation in the "bar" warehouse.
