Stock Section: Tracking and Managing Products

The Stock section is an important tool for tracking and managing the condition of products currently in your warehouse. In this section, you can get information about the product's ID code, name, quantity in the warehouse, total value (the overall cost of the product in the warehouse), average value (total value / quantity), type, category, which warehouses it is available in, and the active status of those warehouses.

To sort products, you can use the arrow icons next to the words Quantity, Total Value, Type, and Category to sort from lowest to highest, A to Z, or in reverse.![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/7/4/0/e/740e20bde3bec000/image_15hkbwu.png)

Detailed View of a Product:

For example, if you want to view the Cola product, click on the word Cola once. A new window will open where you can get detailed information about that product.![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/7/4/0/e/740e20bde3bec000/image_1arxwx5.png)

A window opens from the side where you can get detailed information about that product. In the General section, we can see how many units of that product are in each warehouse.![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/7/4/0/e/740e20bde3bec000/image_i4qp22.png)

In the section called History, it shows the starting quantity of the products in the warehouse on a day-by-day basis.

For example, let's look at the Zəfəran 1 GR product. In the History section, it shows the quantity with which the product started in the warehouse between September 1-3. Since there were no sales or supplies for this product, the remaining quantity in the warehouse stays unchanged at "-5" units.![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/7/4/0/e/740e20bde3bec000/image_17mskkt.png)

In the Details section, you can see the batches created from the sales, supply, transfer, and inventory count of the product. You can also click on the marked ID code to view that supply or transfer in detail.![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/7/4/0/e/740e20bde3bec000/image_13c2hhb.png)

From the marked section, you can filter and find products by product name, product type, category, accounting category, quantity filter, warehouse, and more.![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/7/4/0/e/740e20bde3bec000/image_okudkc.png)

In the quantity filter, we have 4 options:

  • Low Stock – When we click the Edit button on a product (Ingredient, Finished Product, Semi-finished Product, Tech Card), a section opens where we can change the product information. The low stock quantity is also entered here. This quantity is accepted as the low stock level of our product. If the quantity of the product in the warehouse is equal to or below the quantity we entered, a red downward arrow will appear next to that product.

When you select the low stock option in the quantity filter, you will see a list of products that are at 0 or below 0, and if you have entered a low stock quantity, products at or below that quantity. This allows you to easily track products that are running low in stock.

  • Negative Stock – A filter designed for tracking products that have negative stock in the warehouse.
  • Zero Stock – Used to find products with 0 stock and track their status.
  • Positive Stock – A filter that allows tracking of products with stock above 0.![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/7/4/0/e/740e20bde3bec000/image_xvhrok.png)

In this section, you can see the Total Value (overall cost) of the products currently in your warehouse.![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/7/4/0/e/740e20bde3bec000/image_k4ih1p.png)
