Create a supply
To create a new supply, go to the Inventory → Supplies section in the back panel. Click the Create button located in the upper right corner.

The Waste section is used to write off any product from the warehouse.
To record waste, you first need to create a reason.
Go to the Reasons section to add it.

You can get detailed information about creating a supply by clicking on the
'Create Supply' option.
The Supply section is the section used to add purchased products to the inventory. Here, you can view all the supplies you have created.
In the marked section, you can Delete, Edit, create a Duplicate of the created supply, Export it to download as an Excel file to your computer, and Return any product from theFew readersTransfer
If you have several warehouses and want to transfer products from one warehouse to another, you can use the Inventory-Transfers section. To transfer a product, click the +Create button.
In this section, specify from which warehouse to which warehouse the product will be transferred. Depending on your needs, you can change the current date and add a reason note.Few readersPackaging
To group products and add them to the system in bulk when supplying products, the Packaging section is used.
Go to Inventory → Packaging and click the Create button.
In the opened window, enter the information.
When supplying products, the quantity is calculated as the multiplication of the amount written in the Quantity field and the amount written in the Equal field.Few readersPaying a supplier debt
There are two types of supplier debt payments:
Partial payment – You pay part of the debt, and the remaining amount will be paid later.
Full payment – You pay the entire debt for the invoice at once.
Making a Partial Payment
By choosing one of these payment options, you can manage the debt to the supplier. To pay a supplier debt, first go to the Inventory section, thFew readersImporting a Transfer Operation
To import a transfer operation in bulk as an Excel file, enter the data into Excel in the format shown in the example below.
ID – Enter the ID code of the product or ingredient you want to transfer.
QUANTITY – Enter the quantity of the product you want to transfer.

To monitor the detailed movements of ingredients and products in stock, go to the Inventory section and select Product Movements. This feature allows you to see the status and movement history of all items (such as ingredients, semi‑finished goods, finished products, and tech cards) in the warehouse over a selected date range.

You can track all transactions related to your products from the Inventory → Movement Reports section.
Name — Product name
Unit — Unit of measure (e.g., pcs, kg)
Cost Price — Cost per unit (per piece or per kilogram)
Initial Quantity — The amount recorded when the ingredient was created
