New Feature - Transfer Operation in the Terminal
Dear users,
We have added an important new feature based on your suggestions. This makes financial operations more flexible and easier to manage. The new feature is now active in the Terminal and gives you more options.
Important Note:
Previously, this function was only available in the Back Office (admin panel).
Now, for the first time, it is available directly in the Terminal!
This means staff working at the cash register can now perform this operation without leaving the Terminal.
New Operation Type: Transfer
Before, there was only the “Collection” (İnkassasiya) operation. With it, you could only transfer money from the cash register to the Safe (central balance account).
With the new “Transfer” function:
- The user can choose any balance account they want and make the transfer.
- The money goes directly from the cash register to the selected balance.
- There are also fields for amount and description, so the operation is clearer and easier to track.
What has changed?
1. Collection (İnkassasiya)
- Purpose: Transfer only from cash register to the Safe
- Balance selection: No
- Available in Terminal: Yes
2. Transfer (Köçürmə)
- Purpose: Transfer from cash register to any balance
- Balance selection: Yes
- Available in Terminal: Now available
Who can use it?
This new feature is especially for staff working in the Terminal – that is, people who control the cash register at the sales point. Now they do not need to go to the back office to transfer money to other balances.

To try the new feature, go to the “Add Operation” section in the Terminal and click on “Transfer”.
