Exporting Data

Exporting Data:
There are some sections in the back office panel where you can export the data and download it to your computer. To do this, simply click the "Export" button in the relevant section. For example, if you want to export the reports in the statistics section, go to Statistics → Reports → Products and click the Export button. After this action, the data will be downloaded to your computer in Excel format.

Selecting Columns to Export
During export, you can choose which columns will be included in the report. To do this, simply activate or deactivate the columns you want in the table section. The active columns will be downloaded in the Excel file in the same order. This way, you can export only the data you need.

You can also download receipts one by one as invoices, instead of all at once. To do this, click the "Export" button.
In the window that opens, click the Download button to download the Excel file to your computer.
Exporting Products:

• From the main menu, go to Menu → Products.
• Click the "Export" button located in the top right corner of the page.
• Two options will appear: List and Modifier.

List Option:

• When you choose this option, a simple list of the existing products will be downloaded as an Excel file.
• If "All" is selected in the menu section, you will get the list of all products in the menu in Excel format.

Modifier Option:

• When you choose the Modifier option, all modifiers will be downloaded as an Excel file.

Exporting a Product with Recipe (Ingredients):

• Go to Menu → Products. Click the three dots next to the product you selected. Choose the "Export" button from the menu that opens.

Exporting Products with Recipes (Ingredients):

• Go to Menu → Products.
• Switch to the Tech Cards section.
• Click the Export button.
• Select "Print with ingredients" and click the Download button. The data will then be downloaded to your computer as an Excel file.
