Sales – Receipts
To view your receipts, go to the Back office and open Sales → Receipts. Here you can easily see open, closed, deleted, and merged receipts. Closed receipts are shown in white, open receipts in yellow, and deleted or merged receipts in red. The "deleted receipts" filter is not always turned on. If you want to see deleted receipts in the list, you need to turn on the Show deleted receipts option in the Filter section.

In this section, you can use the filter to view total, open, deleted, and merged receipts separately.
To see the details of a receipt, click on its ID code. A new window will open on the right side. In this window, the Receipt section shows the products added to the receipt, their price, cost price, and other related information.

In the History section, you can see all the actions that happened between the time the receipt was opened and closed, as well as who carried out these actions. Below that, you can also see the number of Pre-receipts and Suspicious actions. Suspicious actions in the receipt are marked in yellow, which makes them easier to notice.

The Stock removed section shows the quantity of products removed from the warehouse for that receipt, along with their cost price.

If a receipt was refunded from the sales terminal, you can find information about this in the Refund section.
The section marked in the image below is used to easily find the receipt you're looking for. You can filter and search by sales terminal, staff member, product, hall, and so on.

When you look at sales by receipts, you can see several pieces of information. Here, the "Amount" column shows the total sales amount of the products, while "Total" is the final price of the receipt after calculating discounts, service fees, and other charges.
You can change the receipt's payment method by clicking the three dots on the receipt.
Using the Export button, you can download the receipt information as an Excel file.
