Importing Ready Products with Variants via Excel

In the Clopos system, you can import ready products along with their variants in bulk. To do this, create a new Excel file and list the product names, categories, and other details in a table format.

Here’s the step-by-step process for creating the import file:

**Create a new Excel file. **
Enter column names according to the system’s required format.

Columns should be as follows:

Type – Specify the type of product you are importing: GOODS or MODIFICATION.
- Use GOODS if the product is sold as-is without changes.
- Use MODIFICATION if you are importing its variants.
Name – First list the main product name, then list the variant names below it.
Price – Enter the price for each variant.
Category – Specify the category of the ready product.
Station – Indicate the department or station where the product belongs.
Barcode – If the variants have barcodes, enter them in this column next to each variant.

💡 Note: Column headers and product types must be written in English.

If you want to import multiple products in this format, list all the required products and their variants one after another in the product database.

After completing all entries, your Excel file should match the provided example format, ready for import.

To upload the prepared import file into the Clopos system, go to Menu → Products and click the Import button.

n the window that opens, select the file you want to import and click the Import button.
