Admin password

The admin password is used to grant specific permissions in the system, especially to perform restricted operations. If a user does not have permission to carry out a certain action, the admin password is required so that only an administrator can approve and complete the operation. This helps ensure system security and proper management of user permissions.


To view the admin password, go to Back Office → Settings → Terminal → “Password-required activities”. There you can view or change the password.

Product Deletion Permission and Admin Password

Before Sending the Product to the Department:

If the option before sending the product to the department is disabled, the product can be deleted from the check before it is sent to the department.

If this option is enabled, the admin password will be required.

Deleting a Product After the Waiter Sends It to the Department:

If the waiter has permission to send products to the department, they can delete the product after sending it, whether the admin password is active or not.

If the waiter does not have this permission and the admin password is active, the admin password will be required.

If the admin password is inactive, a notification will appear and the waiter will not be able to perform this action.


Deleting a Product After the Pre-check

If the waiter has permission to delete a product after the pre-check, they can do so whether the admin password is active or not.

If the waiter does not have this permission and the admin password is active, the admin password will be required.

If the admin password is inactive, a notification will appear and the waiter will not be able to delete the product.
