What to Do if You Are Logged Out of the Terminal

If, for any reason, you are logged out of your terminal and upon logging back in you receive an error stating that the terminal code is being used on another terminal, follow these steps:

Log in to the Back Office, go to Devices → Terminals, and click the three dots next to the terminal to log out. Then, go back to the terminal and enter the password again. You will now be able to log in successfully.
