Receipt Printer Setup
İnitial Checks for Connecting the Receipt Printer
- Make sure that your printers are connected to a power source.
- Make sure that the device with the Clopos Terminal program and your printers are connected to the same network.
- In Clopos Terminal, click the three lines in the top-right corner.

- In the opened menu, go to the Devices section.

- In the opened window, go to the Printers section and click Refresh.

- In the Printers section, click Refresh.
- Select the appropriate Station (for example, Kitchen).
Receipt Printer Settings
- Sound notification when printing – If you want to hear a sound when a receipt is printed, go to the Settings section and enable “Sound notification when printing”.
Cash Drawer – When this option is enabled and receipt printing is active for the printer, the cash drawer will open automatically when the bill is closed.
Fast Printing – When enabled, the receipt is printed in text format, so it prints faster. When disabled, the receipt is printed in image format.
When printing in text format, Azerbaijani letters (ü, ə, ğ, ı) may not be fully supported. They may appear as (u, e, g, i) instead.
Width – Controls the width of the receipt on the printer paper. In other words, it adjusts the size of the empty spaces at the sides of the paper.
Trailing Space – Adds empty lines at the bottom of the receipt according to the number entered in this field.
Control Printer – When enabled, if kitchen receipts from all selected stations are sent to this printer, they will all be printed on one receipt.
Font Family – Allows you to change the font of the receipt.
You can use the “Test Print” button at the top to test the printer.
This test helps you check whether the printer and the device are currently connected to the same network.
