Order Status Screen

Displaying the order status on a screen:

If you want the status of your orders to be displayed on a screen, an additional module must be activated for this purpose. To activate the module, go to Back Panel → Apps → All and connect the Order Status Screen module. A payment of 5 AZN is required to activate the module (this amount will be added to your monthly subscription). Once the module is connected, it will be added to the Apps section.

Activating the Order Status Screen:

• Go to Apps → Order Status Screen and activate the status.
• If you want to see order numbers for specific sales methods on the screen, go to the Sales Methods section, activate only those sales methods, and then click the Save button.
• 

The following requirements must be met to use this module:

• Local network must be active: The local network must be connected for the module to work properly.
• Main terminal function must be selected: The IP address of the main terminal must remain fixed. For this, either a static IP must be assigned, or the IP address must be reserved in the router.
• Activating the main terminal: To activate the main terminal function, go to Settings → Terminal → Local Network and activate the function to set the main terminal.

To use the main terminal's IP address on the order status screen, follow these steps:

The IP address of the main terminal must be typed into the search bar of the Chrome browser on the device that will be used. For example, if the main terminal's IP address is set to 192.168.0.100, then 192.168.0.100:8100/oss must be typed into the Chrome browser's search bar.

When your order changes to "Ready" status, a notification will appear on the screen. This notification will be displayed on the screen for 5 seconds.

The orders screen is divided into two columns:

• First column: The list of orders that are in In Preparation status is shown here.
• Second column: The order numbers that are in Ready status are displayed in this column.

Order numbers are renewed every day and are listed starting from 1.

When you click on the marked settings icon, you can manage the following functions:

• Setting a name: Here you can set the name that will be applied to the order screen.
• Changing the language: You can select and change the language of the order screen.
• Sound settings: You can determine whether sound will come from the speaker when the order screen opens.
• Full screen mode: When you activate this function, the order screen will be displayed in full screen and you will only see the order information.
