F1 – Create Takeaway Sales

The F1 key is especially helpful on busy days. It quickly generates a receipt for the “Takeaway” sales method. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a snack on the go, F1 allows your staff to minimize customer waiting time and process orders efficiently.

F2 – Create Delivery Sales

This key is convenient for businesses offering delivery services. Pressing F2 in the POS system generates a receipt for delivery orders efficiently, helping manage online or phone orders quickly.

F9 – Change Payment Method

Most businesses accept both cash and card payments. F9 makes switching between payment methods simple. It allows quick and easy transitions between cash and card payment options on the payment page.

F11 – Print Pre-Receipt

When customers are ready to pay, F11 immediately prints the pre-receipt, speeding up the payment process and allowing customers to review their orders promptly.

F12 – Go to Pre-Receipt Page and Close Receipt

F12 serves two purposes. If you’re on a different page, pressing F12 takes you directly to the pre-receipt page. If you’re already on that page, F12 allows you to close an open receipt.
