Packaging

To group products and add them to the system in bulk when supplying products, the Packaging section is used.

Go to **Inventory → Packaging **and click the Create button.

In the opened window, enter the information.

When supplying products, the quantity is calculated as the multiplication of the amount written in the Quantity field and the amount written in the Equal field.

For example, 1 crate of Cola is purchased. There are 24 items in one crate.

For this, when creating the packaging, we indicate how many Cola items are in 1 crate in the Equal section.

In the next step, we find the product we will supply.

From the Menu – Ingredients section, search for the product, then click on the 3 dots on the right side and select Edit.

In this section, under the Units field, click on Add.

After clicking once on the Select field, add the newly created packaging type and click Save.

When supplying, we select this packaging as shown below.

When we enter 1 as the quantity, 1 crate (24 items) will be added to the warehouse.

In the Value column, the price of 1 crate is entered.
