QR Menu – Menu Structure

This section is specifically designed for the QR Menu. The changes made here apply only to the QR menu and do not affect the menu displayed on the terminal.

Within the QR Menu structure, you can change the order of products and categories. For example, you can place the best-selling products at the top or highlight seasonal offers.


Enter the section.

  1. Go to the Back Panel.
  2. Select the QR Menu section from the left menu.
  3. Click on the Menu rearrangement subsection.


The menu categories will be displayed on the screen in a column format.


Select a category

  • Click on any category.
  • The Products column related to that category will open.
  • In this column, you will see all products belonging to that category.



Change the order (Drag and Drop)

  1. Move the cursor over the two-line (☰) icon next to the product or category you want to reposition.
  2. The cursor will change to a hand (✋) icon.
  3. Click and hold the left mouse button.
  4. Drag the item up or down to the desired position.
  5. Release the mouse button when it reaches the correct place.


The same process can be applied to both categories and products.


Save the changes

  • After making all adjustments, click the “Save” button at the top.
  • The changes will immediately appear in the QR menu.


💡 If you do not click the “Save” button, the changes you made will not be saved. If you want to update both the terminal menu and the QR menu, you need to make the changes separately in each section.
