Supply return
After making a supply, if there is a product you want to return, you need to access the Return of Product section by clicking the 3 dots (...) next to the supply.

When returning a supply, we record which financial account the returned amount will go to, and which products we are returning.

In the Quantity field marked in red in the image below, we enter how many units of that product we are returning. When we enter the price at which we are returning the product in the Value field, the total value is shown in the last field. The last purchase price of the product is automatically filled in the Value field. However, it is possible to change this price. After making the entries, we click the Save button.

We can view returned supplies from the Inventory > Return of Supply section. In the column marked in green, you can see the ID code of the newly created return invoice, and in the column marked in blue, you can see the ID code of the Supply for which the return was made. By clicking on these codes, you can view the supply and the return in detail.

With the Create button, you can return a product to the supplier individually, without depending on a supply document. By entering the required information on the page that opens, we can create a new return.
- We select the Supplier we are returning to (we show who we are sending the products back to)
- Status (we set the status of our return supply)
- Warehouse selection (we select which warehouse the supply will be removed from)
- Category (Supplies is selected automatically)
- We enter the operation time
- We select the Balance (we show where the payment will be returned to during the return of the supply. For credit purchases, Unpaid should be selected)
- Invoice number (if the purchase invoice has a number, you can write it in this field)
- Description (if there are any additional comments, we add them)
After entering all the settings listed above, we add the products we are going to return from the list and enter the quantity and value we received.
By using the bulk selection function, we can also select the products we are returning in bulk.
