Control Printer Overview

The Control Printer function allows orders from multiple departments to appear on the same receipt printed from a single printer. This enables orders belonging to different departments to be grouped and printed on one receipt, ensuring more efficient order management.

Steps to Enable the Function

• First, log in to the Clopos application.
• On the main page, click the menu icon (☰).
• Then navigate to Devices → Printers.

By following these steps, you can activate the Control Printer function and efficiently manage orders from multiple departments using a single printer.

Activating the Control Printer Function

• Go to the Settings section.
• Enable the Fast Print function.
• Once Fast Print is activated, the Control Printer option will become visible.

By following these steps, you can enable both the Fast Print and Control Printer functions at the same time. This ensures a faster and more efficient printing process.

To use this function, Fast Print must be activated.

Routing Department Orders to the Control Printer

• Go to the Departments section.
• If you want orders from a specific department to be printed from the designated printer, enable the option next to that department (as shown in the image).

By following these steps, you can ensure that orders from your selected departments are printed from the chosen printer.

After completing this setup, products from different departments will be printed on the same receipt from the assigned printer. As shown in the example below, orders from multiple departments will be grouped together and printed on a single receipt. This process makes managing orders from different departments more efficient and easier.
