Activate/Deactivate a Product by Branch

If you have multiple branches and some products in your menu are sold only in certain branches, you can deactivate the product for specific branches.

To do this:

  1. Go to the Menu section and open the Products page.
  2. Find the product in the list, click the three dots next to it, and select Edit.



After activating the “By Branch” option, a window will appear (as shown in the image). In this window, you can select branches and choose whether to deactivate the product completely or only for the QR menu. When a product is deactivated, it will not appear in the QR menu for that branch.

You can also perform this action in bulk:

  1. Select multiple products using Bulk Operations.
  2. Click Edit, choose the branch, and set the product status as Active or Inactive for that branch.


⚠️ Note: Branch selection only affects the Status field.
