Activate the firewalls

Activating firewalls is essential to ensure connectivity and data exchange between all devices connected to the same network. To do this, follow the sections indicated in the image step by step.


If these settings are disabled, connection issues with devices on the network are inevitable.


These operations apply only to devices running the Windows operating system.


First, go to the Search area (1) located at the bottom left of your device screen, type Firewall in the search panel (2), and then click on the corresponding section that appears (3).


In the opened window, click on Advanced Settings (4).


In the next step, perform the operations marked as (5) and (6) consecutively to proceed.

ext, enable the options shown in the image as (7). After activating them, make sure to click OK at the bottom.


epeat the same process for the option shown in the image as (9). Go into it and activate the options indicated in step 4.

hen, we enter the section marked in the image (10), find the same parameters (11), and activate the options shown in the operations in step 4.


After completing all operations, you must click OK. Otherwise, the changes you made will not be saved.
