Writing a Comment on a Receipt

To add a comment to a receipt in the terminal, click on the comment icon located on the left side of the screen and enter your comment.


If the comment you added does not appear on the receipt, go to the Back Office → Settings → Receipts section. Then navigate to the Constructor tab. In the settings, enable the Description option and click the Save button.



You can view the comments you added in the Sales → Receipts section, in the description field next to each receipt.



If the Description column is not visible, simply enable the description column from the table settings.
