You can track all transactions related to your products from the Inventory → Movement Reports section.








Name — Product name
Unit — Unit of measure (e.g., pcs, kg)
Cost Price — Cost per unit (per piece or per kilogram)
Initial Quantity — The amount recorded when the ingredient was created
Starting Quantity — Amount in the warehouse at the beginning of the selected period
Supply — Total supplied quantity in the chosen date range and the latest cost price
Sold — Total sold quantity in the date range and its cost value
Waste — Total waste quantity in the date range and its cost value
Transfer — Total transferred quantity in the date range and its cost value
Inventory Adjustment Value — Quantity difference found after inventory counting and its cost value
Sales Return — Quantity returned after sale at the terminal and cost value
Returned Supply — Quantity and cost of supplies returned to the supplier
Production — Quantity obtained from producing semi-finished goods
Used in Production — Quantity and cost of ingredients/semifinished goods used in production
Final Quantity — The remaining stock quantity at the end of the selected period



  • You can activate or deactivate any column in the report.
  • You can also select a date range to view all inventory transactions during that period.
