Product Movements

To monitor the detailed movements of ingredients and products in stock, go to the Inventory section and select Product Movements. This feature allows you to see the status and movement history of all items (such as ingredients, semi‑finished goods, finished products, and tech cards) in the warehouse over a selected date range.

To view detailed movement information for a product, first select the warehouse, and then choose the product whose movements you want to track from the interface sections shown below. In addition, you can use the operation type filter to narrow down the results by type of activity (for example, supply/receipt, transfer, etc.). This helps you monitor specific types of transactions more precisely

In the popup that appears when viewing product movements, the following information is shown:

• Operation ID – A unique identifier for each movement.

• Operation Type – Indicates the type of activity that caused the movement (such as sale, inventory adjustment, transfer, etc.).

• Transaction Quantity – How many units were involved in the operation (for example, the number sold or transferred).

• Previous and New Quantity – Shows stock levels before and after the operation (e.g., if there were 6 units before and 3 sold, then the remaining is 3).

• Unit Value – The cost or sale price per unit for the transaction (for example, the cost of one unit sold).

• Total Cost Value – The total cost for the moved units (e.g., if 3 units were sold, the total cost for all three).

• Operation Time – The moment when the actual transaction happened.

• Record Creation Time – The time when the operation was recorded in the system.

💡 If there are any columns in the table that you need or don’t need, you can activate or deactivate those columns from the Table section.

The ID code shown in blue in front of each operation is clickable and allows you to open that specific transaction. When you click on the ID code, you can view the full details of the operation. For example, if you click on the ID code of a sales transaction, a receipt panel will open on the right side showing the details of that transaction
