How to Activate Blocked Products
To block the sale of products, you need to activate an extra module. Follow these steps to turn on this feature:
Activating the Module:
- Log in to the Back Office.
- Go to Applications → All.
- Find the “Blocked Products” module and activate it.

Activating the Module:
- After the module is activated, it will be added to the Applications section.
- Go to the Blocked Products section and turn on the feature.
- To finish the activation process, click the “Save” button.

Stopping the Sale of a Product
After activating the Blocked Products feature, click on the product whose sale you want to stop.

Blocking a Product – Two Ways
When you click on the product, the following window will open. You can block the product in two different ways:
1. Direct Stop (Immediate Block)
- The product is blocked immediately.
- It becomes impossible to add this product to any check (receipt) in the Terminal.
2. Set a Limit
- You set a specific limit (quantity) for the product.
- After the set quantity is sold, the product is automatically added to the stop-list.
- In this case, the product status changes to “passive” and the product color becomes lighter (it turns pale/white).

Completing the Operation
After finishing the operation, click the Stop-list button to deactivate the feature and exit the settings section.
This step completes the process of adding products to the stop-list.

To see which products have their sales stopped, you can go to the “Stop List” section.

Products in the Stop List are displayed in this way.

Removing a Product from the Stop-List
To reactivate products that are in the Stop-List:
- Click on the product.
- From the menu that opens, select “Remove from Stop”.

Stop List Section
You can also view the Stop List from the “Blocked Products” section in the Control Panel.

In the opened window, you can see the list of blocked products.
If a stop limit has been set for any product, this information is also shown next to that product.
On this page, you can both remove products from the stop list and add new ones.

Order Acceptance According to Stop List
You cannot accept more orders (from Wolt, QR Menu, etc.) than the allowed quantity for a product that is added to the Stop List.
If a product is in the Stop List and the quantity limit is exceeded, new orders will not be accepted.
The order will only be accepted and a check (receipt) will be created after the quantity in the Stop List is changed (adjusted).
