Connecting and Activating the QR Menu Module

The QR Menu is a separate module and can be easily activated by any user who has access to the back office management panel.

To activate it, simply follow these steps:

From the left menu in the back office management panel, select Applications, then go to All, find the QR Menu module, and click the Connect button.


QR Menu Settings

To configure the QR Menu module, you first need to activate its status.

To do this, select the QR Menu module from the left section of the back office management panel, go to the Settings section, and activate the status.


QR Menu Parameters

QR Menu Activation – With this option, you can activate or deactivate the QR menu at any time.

Mandatory Login – You can require users to log in with their phone number when placing an order. This function affects both table orders and orders made via WhatsApp.

Service Fee Display – You can choose to show or hide the assigned service fee in the menu.

Waiter Call Function – Customers can scan the QR code placed on the table to send a waiter call request.

Request Bill Function – By using the QR code on the table, customers can request the bill.

Order from Table Function – When this option is active, customers can place their orders directly from the table.

Languages Section – In this section, you can add the languages you want to use for the QR Menu module. By selecting the relevant languages, you can offer your service in different languages.

Subtitle – Here, you can add your slogan that will appear in the menu. For example, you can add a slogan like “Quality Is Our Difference.”

About Us – Here, you can enter information about your business. This text will be displayed in the QR Menu.





Image – You can add a logo image to your QR menu. This is important for brand recognition and helps your QR menu look more professional.


Background Image:

Fixed Background Image

In this option, you can choose only one image and use it as a fixed background. The image will remain the same and will always be displayed in the QR menu.

Slider Background Image

Here, you can select a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 5 images and use them as a background slider. These images will change at certain intervals and provide a more dynamic view for customers.


Color Selection – With the color selection feature, you can change the color of the texts in the QR Menu as you wish.


QR Code – In the “QR Code” section, you can get the general QR Menu link and share it. In addition, by clicking the “Download” button, you can download both the general QR code and individual QR codes for each table. By printing these codes and placing them on the tables, you allow customers to easily access the QR Menu.



Menu Customization

In the QR Menu, you can decide how the images added to products will appear.

To do this, go to QR Menu → Settings → Menu Customization and choose the template that suits you.

In this section, you can change the following design elements:

Product Image Display – You can decide how product images will appear in the menu. The image can be placed on the left, right, or top, shown in a large size, or you can choose a layout without images.

Category Page Design – You can decide how categories will be shown in the menu. They can be displayed as small icons, in a list format, or without images.

If the layout without images is selected, the category page will not be shown, and the user will be directed straight to the products page.

Category Display on the Product Page – You can decide how categories will appear on the product page. Categories can be shown at the top in a scrollable format, displayed fully with small images at the top, or completely hidden.


Displaying Information on the Main Page

To add the information that will be shown to customers on the main page of the QR Menu, go to Settings → General in the back office management panel and enter the required information in the marked fields.


Working Hours – When setting the working hours, there are two options available: you can choose specific time intervals for each day separately, or you can set a 24-hour working schedule for any day you want.

Based on the working hours you enter, the QR Menu will automatically show whether the restaurant is currently open or closed.
