# Reopening Closed Receipts

To reopen closed receipts, go to Archive Receipts in the Terminal. Find the receipt you want to reopen and tap on it once. Then, click the Reopen Receipt button below, confirm, and the receipt will be reopened. The receipt can only be reopened until the end of the day.

If you are using an incentive program, you will not be able to reopen the receipt in this case.
