# Importing the Menu Using Excel

In the **Clopos** system, you can import the menu in bulk.
For this, you need to create a new **Excel** file and enter the product names, prices, categories, stations, and product types in a table.
### Creating the Import File
1. Open **MS Excel** and create a new file.
2. Add the columns as shown below.
Add your **products** and **Technical Cards** to the Excel file according to the example.
### Columns
The columns should be filled in as follows:
* **Name** – Enter the name of the finished product or Technical Card.
* **Price** – Enter the selling price of the product.
* **Category** – Enter the category of the product or Technical Card.
* **Station** – Enter the place where the product or Technical Card is prepared. A printer should be installed for this station so that the orders sent from the terminal are printed at the correct station.
* **Type** – Enter the product type. Only **DISH** or **GOODS** should be used.
* **Barcode** – If the product has a barcode, you can enter it. If it does not have a barcode, you can delete this column.
|| 💡 Important: If the product you are creating is a finished product, write GOODS. If it is a Technical Card, write DISH. Otherwise, the Excel file will not be accepted.
