# Clopos Terminal Password

To view a Clopos terminal password, log in to the **Back Office** and go to **Devices → Terminals**.

After entering, you can see the list of terminals available in our system. You can view the password of a specific terminal in the **Password** column. To edit a terminal or end the current session on that terminal, use the **Edit** button located on the right side.

|| 💡 Please note that terminal passwords are intended for one device only. If you log in from another device using the same password, the previous device will be automatically logged out.

After clicking the **Edit** button, you can edit the terminal information on the page that opens. Here, you can also set a **terminal image** to be displayed on the terminal.

The **Notification Receiving** option affects whether the terminal receives notifications. When enabled, notifications from modules such as **QR Menu, Wolt**, etc., will appear on the selected terminal.

You can also select the **sales method** and **sales hall** for each terminal. For example, if you assign a terminal code to a terminal on the terrace, only orders from the terrace will be processed on that terminal.

In the **Sales Method** section, select the type of sale. If you choose **On-Site**, the **Halls** field will become active. Mark the hall(s) you want to be visible on this terminal.

You can also select other sales types such as **Delivery** or **Takeaway**, not just **On-Site**.
